Modrý zub

Jindřišská 5, Prague 1 | +420 222 212 622 | Map | Website

A casual noodle bar located right off of Václavské náměstí
. A good selection of Thai, Indonesian and Indian dishes ranging from mild to very spicy; a decent selection of Sushi, too. This place is no-frills, with a modern but eclectic interior and hit-or-miss service, but the ideal place for something quick and spicy if you're in the city centre. Portions -- soups and the noodle dishes -- are large, and most of them can be served with tofu instead of meat. Modrý zub offers dine-in or take-away, and also has outdoor seating in the summer.

Recommended:
Tom Yum Kai; Phad Khi Mao.

  1. I enjoyed the Phad Se – U, with lots of soy sauce, the pork was tender; maybe a few too many onions. It isn't a spicy dish, but very tasty -- and large just like all of the meals at Modry zub.
