One of the best dining experiences in Prague, Aromi is quintessential Italian dining. A modest-sized but spacious interior is comfortable and the perfect place for that romantic dinner for two or with a group of friends. Situated away from most tourist hot spots, the clientele is predominately local. Once you're seated at your table, you'll be introduced to the daily fish and seafood offers, which can be prepared a number of ways. Steaks are good but not what gives Aromi it's reputation - the seafood and pasta are the main reasons to come. The soups are a meal in themselves. Meal presentation is superb. The menu changes on a regular basis, so it is difficult to recommend any one dish. Whatever you order is bound to please. Trust the sommelier's advice, if it fits your price range. The service is as good as it gets in Prague. If there is room for dessert, try the panna cotta, or anything chocolate. They also have the finest selection of grappa in town. While not easy on the wallet, Aromi is worth it.

Recommended: daily fish offers; fried zucchini

  1. You can never go wrong with the sea bass, which they pack in sea salt and bake. Always amazing.
