One of the better values for money when it comes to quality dining in Prague. While not cheap, Kogo is a less expensive alternative to the top-end restaurants in the city. The food is good, not outstanding, but will satisfy most tastes. A good variety of beef, seafood, pizza and pasta to suit all tastes. While not overly outgoing, the service is excellent. Appetizers are large, and best shared by two people. Two dining areas inside: one more open, bustling and contemporary; and a smaller, more quaint area. Tables outside offer a bit of afternoon sun in the summer on a relatively quiet street in the Old Town.
Recommended: gnocchi with four cheeses; ricotta with spinach; salmon; risotto with sea food.
