Authentic Korean food served in a variety of styles. Dishes range from mild to extremely spicy -- and can be tailored for your taste buds. The sushi menu is large and has mainly maki, sashimi and nigri varieties. The Korean dishes are excellent, with the Bulgogi being a favourite -- you grill the vegetables and marinated meat yourself. On some days, the fresh kimchi can be very spicy. Other à la carte dishes are good. A small restaurant, but reservations are not normally needed. Off the beaten path, but easy enough to get to; a short walk from the Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station; and near Riegrovy Sady (park). Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. Prices are higher than other sushi-only restaurants, but with Hanil you get what you pay for. Very popular with Expat Koreans, which tells you something.
Recommended: Kimchi; Champong soup; Bulgogi.
